We strive to provide you with high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
