1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment and order confirmation.
During high-demand periods (such as special sales, fairs, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended, but we will ensure to notify you of any shipping delays.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer difference shipping methods that can be selected at the time of placing the order. These methods include standard shipping, pick up and other available options depending on your location.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and the selected shipping method.
Due to USPS regulations for perfume shipments, all orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage, which normally delivers in 4–6 business days. Shopify may display an automated USPS estimate (2-days), but our required service typically runs slightly longer.

Express Shipping: Orders placed with this shipping method will typically be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the location.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond AromaVibes' control, such as extreme weather conditions, issues with the courier service, or any other circumstance outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Shipping costs may vary by country or region and will be shown before completing the payment.
5. International Shipping(NOT AVAILABLE)
AromaVibes ships to a variety of countries. Delivery times for international shipments may vary, and international shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process.
Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment.
If you do not receive the tracking number within 2 days after your order has been shipped, please contact us at aromavibesha@gmail.com or call 786-383-5739.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. Aroma Vibes is not responsible for packages that are not delivered correctly if the provided address is incorrect.
If you need to modify the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
8. Shipping Issues
If your package does not arrive within the estimated time or if there is any issue with the delivery (such as a damaged or lost package), please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
9. Shipping Policy for Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or replacement.
